The day of my wedding the on site director arrived elegantly dressed, on time and had great communication with us during our wedding. He took it upon him to go up to the DJ and announce over the microphone that the photo booth was open and that our guests can get their picture taken at any time. He also came up to us a half an hour before our wedding ended to remind us that we had not taken our photos yet.
